Ms. Ni Jiang

Chairwoman of the Board

Ms. Jiang has led as Chairwoman since March 2023. She has extensive experience in investment consulting, real estate management, and media, with roles at China Pinx Investment, HNS Investment LLC, and Phoenix TV. She holds a bachelor’s in communications from the University of Washington.

Ms. Siqi Che

Independent Director Nominee

Ms. Chen is Deputy General Manager at Wuhan Lanyisi Technology, specializing in marketing and e-commerce. She has a background in business development and pharmaceutical marketing. She holds a bachelor’s in pharmacy from Sichuan University.

Ms. Xiaoyuan Zhang

Independent Director Nominee

Ms. Zhang is CFO and Treasurer of Senmiao Technology, with a background in auditing public companies at Ernst & Young. She holds degrees in accounting and law from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics and is a CPA.

Mr. Trent D. Davis

Executive Vice President

Mr. Davis has broad experience in finance and executive management. He serves as CEO of Paulson Investment Company and has held leadership roles in multiple public companies. He holds a B.S. in Business and Economics and an M.B.A.

Ms. Chen, CEO since June 2023, has leadership experience in HVAC and business development. She holds a bachelor’s in applied mathematics from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.

Ms. Jing Zheng

Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Zheng, CFO since June 2023, specializes in financial management and assurance, with previous roles at Ernst & Young and Chengdu Liweijia Technology. She holds a bachelor’s in business management from Sichuan University and is a CPA.

Ms. Ziyi Liu

Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Liu, COO since October 2023, has expertise in sales, key account management, and pharmaceutical operations, with leadership roles at Hubei Kelun Pharmaceutical and Pfizer. She holds a master’s in engineering from China University of Geosciences.
